✦PROCESS

when commissioning, please include visual references (as long as it's not on the "won't draw" list) & a description of what you want, I have a hard time with words only

the estimated time for completion is

but may vary due to complexity, health complications, or how many commissions I have to do when you order.
I will try to tell you if I'll be late

I will send you a picture of the clean sketch when that phase is done so you can offer feedback/changes!!

when the artwork is complete, you will receive the full resolution image. you may manually compress this image if you want

✦TOS

✧GENERAL

I can refuse a commission without providing a reason
hostile/inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may get your commission cancelled

✧PAYMENT

I accept euros and robux, both prices are stated on the comms page!
the commission must be payed in full before I begin working on it
the commission can be payed for through my ko-fi page or roblocks

✧RIGHTS

✩artist

all rights over the commissioned artwork
UNLESS ASKED OTHERWISE, the artwork will be used as examples (see gallery) and posted on social media. you can ask for it to not be shared by me

✧buyer

you can post the artwork online for personal purpose, with credit
you can use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, and other personal uses
you can't remove my signature/watermark from the artwork
you can't sell my artwork
you can't claim you made the artwork
you can't use my artwork in NFT and/or AI/neural network projects
you can't heavily alter/draw over my artwork

if you break these rules, you might never be able to commission me again.

✦REFUNDS

I can't do refunds for a lot of reasons, so please make sure you actually want to commission me. if we are not past the sketch phase yet, you may ask for any changes to be made instead. (don't worry it's not on a time limit, I'll wait for a response)
